Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi – The Crossroads City

Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi. Explore the cobblestone streets of the Old Town on foot – see the iconic sulfuric bathhouses of Abanotubani and the flowing white 'Bride of Georgia' statue. Enjoy traditional Georgian dinner of Khinkali (dumplings) and Khachapuri (cheese bread) at a local tavern.

Day 2: Tbilisi City Highlights

Visit the ancient Narikala Fortress by cable car for panoramic views of the city. Explore the Anchiskhati Basilica, the oldest church in Tbilisi. Walk through the colorful Dry Bridge Flea Market for Soviet-era antiques. Afternoon, visit the Georgian National Museum and the iconic Bridge of Peace.

Day 3: Kazbegi – The Mighty Caucasus

Full-day excursion to Kazbegi National Park (2.5 hrs from Tbilisi). Stop at the Ananuri Fortress overlooking the Jinvali Reservoir. Arrive at Stepantsminda village and take a 4x4 jeep ride up to the medieval Gergeti Trinity Church perched at 2,170m, with the snow-capped Mount Kazbek (5,047m) as its backdrop – one of the most dramatic views in the world.

Day 4: Mtskheta & Gori

Visit UNESCO-listed Mtskheta, the religious capital of Georgia. See the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery. Continue to Gori, birthplace of Stalin. Explore the Stalin Museum. On the way back, stop at Uplistsikhe – an ancient rock-hewn city dating back to the Iron Age.

Day 5: Kakheti Wine Region

Full-day tour to the Kakheti wine region – the oldest wine-growing region in the world (8,000 years old!). Visit the Alaverdi Monastery winery. Tour local family 'marani' (wine cellars) and taste wine aged in traditional clay amphoras called 'Qvevri'. Return via the historic Sighnaghi 'City of Love'.

Day 6: Vardzia Cave Monastery (Optional) or City Leisure

Optional: long day trip south to Vardzia, a spectacular cave city carved into the Erusheti Mountain in the 12th century, featuring 3,000 apartments, churches, and a throne room. Or relax in Tbilisi, explore the Vake Park, enjoy a final Georgian spa hammam at the Abanotubani thermal baths.

Day 7: Departure

Final Georgian breakfast of Churchkhela (walnut-stuffed grape candy), fresh cheese, and honey. Shop for local wine, pomegranate products, and hand-painted pottery at the Dry Bridge market. Transfer to Tbilisi Airport for departure.
